Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please read the following information

Booking Policy
To join a class, simply:

  1. Choose your session in the online calendar.
  2. Complete the booking form.
  3. Pay securely through Stripe to confirm your space.

If online booking feels a bit tricky or isn’t working for you, please contact me. I can send you a direct payment link or help you complete your booking.

 

Health & Participation

My classes involve gentle to moderate physical exercise. By booking and attending, you confirm that you feel well enough to take part.

Before attending, please consider the following:

  • You should be able to take part in light to moderate physical activity without pain or medical restriction.
  • If you have an injury, health condition, or are unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you, please seek advice from a qualified health professional before attending.
  • Please let me know before the class begins if you have any injuries, limitations, or concerns that may affect your participation. Exercises can often be adapted.
  • It is your responsibility to work at a pace that feels right for your body and to stop if you feel unwell, dizzy, or in pain.

While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in physical activity always carries some level of risk, and you take part at your own discretion.

If your health or circumstances change, please inform me before attending further classes.

 

Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations

I understand that sometimes life gets in the way of plans. If you need to cancel:

  • Please cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a full class credit for a future session.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, cannot be credited, as there isn’t enough time to offer the space to someone else.
  • Credits can be used for any future class and never expire.

Instructor Cancellations

Sometimes I may need to cancel a class due to illness, low attendance, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens:

  • You will receive a full class credit to use for another session.
  • Credits never expire.
  • I do not offer cash refunds except in special circumstances. Please contact me if you wish to discuss that.

I will notify you as soon as possible so you can plan accordingly.

Why I Use Credits

Using class credits helps keep classes fair and manageable for everyone, and ensures that spaces aren’t wasted. Thank you for supporting a small business and helping make each session enjoyable for all attendees!
